  • 0.5 cup strawberry purée

  • 1 egg white

  • Whisk until soft peaks form, about 30-60 seconds

Instructions

  1. Prepare strawberry foam: Purée fresh strawberries, combine with egg white. Whisk vigorously for 30-60 seconds until soft peaks form.

  2. Rim coupe glass with pink Himalayan salt using lemon juice.

  3. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 fresh strawberries until completely broken down.

  4. Add Clean Co. Clean G, fresh lemon juice, rose syrup, and simple syrup.

  5. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds to extract maximum strawberry flavor.

  6. Double strain into the prepared coupe glass.

  7. Gently spoon strawberry foam on top, creating a cloud-like layer.
