Garden Tea Cooler

A refreshing and restorative non-alcoholic sipper that celebrates the garden's bounty. Chilled chamomile tea provides a soothing base, while honey adds natural sweetness and fresh lemon brings brightness. Sparkling water creates gentle effervescence, making this the perfect alcohol-free option for nurturing moments.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz chamomile tea, chilled

  • 1 oz honey syrup*

  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

  • Sparkling water to top

  • Lemon wheel for garnish

*Honey Syrup:

  • 1 cup honey

  • 0.5 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Prepare honey syrup: Combine honey and warm water, stir until honey dissolves completely. Let cool and bottle.

  2. Brew chamomile tea stronger than usual (2 tea bags per cup), let cool completely, and refrigerate.

  3. In a tall glass filled with ice, combine chilled chamomile tea, honey syrup, and lemon juice.

  4. Stir gently to combine.

  5. Top with sparkling water.

  6. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
