Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin

  • 0.75 oz lavender simple syrup*

  • 1 cup water

  • 3 tablespoons dried culinary lavender

Instructions

  1. Prepare lavender syrup: Combine sugar, water, and lavender in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool completely, strain, and bottle.

  2. In a shaker, combine gin, lavender syrup, lemon juice, and crème de violette.

  3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.

  4. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  5. Garnish with a fresh lavender sprig.
