Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • 1 oz white cranberry juice

  • 0.75 oz rosemary prosecco syrup*

  • 2-3 drops edible silver shimmer dust

  • Star anise pod for garnish

Rosemary Prosecco Syrup:

  • 1 cup prosecco

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 4 fresh rosemary sprigs

  • Reduce prosecco by half, add sugar until dissolved, steep with rosemary 20 minutes, strain and bottle

Instructions

  1. Prepare rosemary prosecco syrup: Reduce prosecco by half over low heat, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add rosemary sprigs, remove from heat, and steep 20 minutes. Strain and bottle.

  2. In a champagne flute, add vodka, white cranberry juice, and rosemary prosecco syrup.

  3. Add shimmer dust carefully using a dropper or small spoon.

  4. Stir gently with bar spoon to distribute shimmer.

  5. Float star anise pod on surface.

  6. Serve immediately while shimmer is suspended and most dramatic.
