Ingredients

  • 2 oz reposado tequila

  • 0.75 oz ancho chili liqueur

  • 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters

  • Dried chili thread and cinnamon stick for garnish Instructions

  1. Light cinnamon stick and capture smoke under cloche or glass

  2. Add to shaker with ice:

    • Reposado tequila

    • Ancho chili liqueur

    • Cinnamon syrup

    • Fresh lime juice

    • Chocolate bitters

  3. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds

  4. Double strain into chilled coupe glass

  5. Cover with smoke-filled cloche, present tableside
