Ingredients
2 oz reposado tequila
0.75 oz ancho chili liqueur
0.5 oz cinnamon syrup
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Dried chili thread and cinnamon stick for garnish Instructions
Light cinnamon stick and capture smoke under cloche or glass
Add to shaker with ice:
Reposado tequila
Ancho chili liqueur
Cinnamon syrup
Fresh lime juice
Chocolate bitters
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
Double strain into chilled coupe glass
Cover with smoke-filled cloche, present tableside
