Celestial Harmony Punch

A mystical harvest moon punch that combines the dreamy nature of Pisces with the balance of Libra season. This elegant punch combines the ethereal qualities of elderflower and lavender with the earthiness of seasonal grapes, creating a balanced blend perfect for celebrating the Harvest Moon. Edible flower ice cubes add a magical touch to this celestial-inspired beverage.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vodka

  • 1 cup elderflower liqueur

  • 1 cup white grape juice

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup lavender simple syrup

  • 1 bottle prosecco

  • 1 cup club soda

  • 1 cup frozen grapes

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • Edible flower ice cubes (made with borage flowers or violets)

  1. For the Edible Flower Ice Cubes

    • Edible flowers (borage or violets)

    • Distilled water

  2. For the Lavender Simple Syrup

    • 1 cup water

    • 1 cup sugar

    • 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender

Instructions

  1. Make lavender simple syrup:

    • Combine water, sugar, and lavender in saucepan

    • Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves

    • Remove from heat, steep 30 minutes

    • Strain and cool completely

  2. Make edible flower ice cubes:

    • Place single flower in each ice cube compartment

    • Fill halfway with distilled water, freeze 2 hours

    • Top off with water, freeze completely

  3. In large punch bowl, combine:

    • Vodka

    • Elderflower liqueur

    • White grape juice

    • Fresh lemon juice

    • Lavender simple syrup

  4. Refrigerate mixture until ready to serve

  5. Just before serving, add prosecco and club soda

  6. Add frozen grapes and lemon slices

  7. Gently add edible flower ice cubes

  8. Stir gently to combine

  9. Serve in glasses with frozen grapes and flower ice cube

  • Punch base can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance

  • Add prosecco and club soda just before serving to maintain effervescence
