A serene zero-proof cocktail that celebrates earth's abundance through cucumber-sage water and botanical spirits. The calendula honey adds golden sweetness while Seedlip Garden 108 provides complex herbal depth, creating a mindful drinking experience that embodies Virgo's connection to wellness and natural cycles.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Seedlip Garden 108

  • 1 oz cucumber-sage water*

  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.5 oz calendula honey syrup**

  • 3 oz premium tonic water

  • Cucumber ribbon for garnish

  • Edible calendula petals

*Cucumber-Sage Water:

  • 2 large cucumbers, juiced

  • 8 fresh sage leaves

  • Combine, let infuse 2 hours, strain

*Calendula Honey Syrup:

  • 1 cup raw honey

  • 0.5 cup water

  • 2 tbsp dried calendula petals

Instructions

  1. Prepare cucumber-sage water: Juice cucumbers, add sage leaves, infuse 2 hours, strain and chill.

  2. Make calendula honey syrup: Warm honey and water gently, add calendula petals. Steep 20 minutes, strain and cool.

  3. In a shaker, combine Seedlip Garden 108, cucumber-sage water, lime juice, and calendula honey syrup.

  4. Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice in highball glass.

  5. Top with tonic water.

  6. Create cucumber ribbon using vegetable peeler.

  7. Garnish with cucumber ribbon and calendula petals.

Notes

  • Cucumber-sage water should be used within 24 hours for best flavor

  • Calendula honey syrup keeps refrigerated for up to 1 month

  • For enhanced wellness benefits, use alkaline water

  • Best served in a highball glass with quality ice
