  • 1.5 oz Mezcal

  • .75 oz Ancho Chile Liqueur

  • 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

  • .5 oz Spiced Agave*

  • Tajín-Smoked Salt Rim

  • Rosemary Sprig (for flaming)

  • Fine Mesh Strainer

Instructions

  1. Rim coupe with Tajín-smoked salt mixture

  2. Combine liquid ingredients in shaker

  3. Add ice, shake vigorously

  4. Double strain into rimmed coupe

  5. Light rosemary sprig, extinguish over drink

Spiced Agave

  • 1 cup Agave

  • 1 cup Hot Water

  • 2 Dried Arbol Chiles

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick Steep 20 minutes, strain, bottle
